I personally don't like those definitions... in both cases the PC is supplying the data to program, isn't it ? The IAP definition is omitting that important fact.
How is the ISP "bootloader" any different from user code ? If the user programmed address 0 to contain the same code that the "ISP" uses, would it still be ISP, or IAP ? |
