#59384 - RE: ESD generated in the m/c. hangs 89c52. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I thought also of ESD building up on the rollers from the wire insulation....but I discounted it partly because the original poster said the machine went out to lunch after only a few wires were cut. He also stated that the thing apparently ran OK with no wire in it. I suggest that points to the stepper motors causing the noise due to the increased current drawn as a load is placed on the motors.
