May I also add that......if the original poster was able to describe the problem to the level that it becomes clear as to what is going on then he would not have come and posted here because he would already have a path to a solution. This is what Patrick two posts up is saying.
But to expect the frustrated engineer to be able to write an Encyclopepdia Britannica article about the problem is ridiculous. If he could write it down so as to train all of us then indeed he has actually solved his problem himself!! The forum benefit is that it does bring out all the hairbrained ideas and potpourri of suggestions. It provides ideas upon which to base more serious research. This will most likely lead to possible solution to his problem AND the collection of enough information and expertise to be able to write the Britannica article!! Michael Karas |
