try looking at site "http:/members.aol.com/HawaiianComputer". I purchased their Atmel programmer three years ago which is exactly like one in Atmel site except the software has been upgraded. It's takes more than just a programmer to get the job done and having the source code will allow you to fix whatever is the problem you can't make the transistor's power switching work
