Here are few thingss I spotted:
You forgot the precious decoupling caps between Vcc and GND of each IC.
You also need small ceramic capacitors on I/P and O/P sides of 7805 to filter high frequency noise.
You connected the brightness control of the LCD wrong.
As Erik stated EA should be tied hi.
The reset circuit to the microcontroller is wrong, you should replace the Resistor with 10uF capacitor or use reset chip.
Depending on your variant of 8052, Port0 might need external pullups.
