I do not know the proficiency level that you have mastered.

In any case as Sridhar said, if it is just two small projects, then I dont think the time is ripe to start a full buisness as yet.

If at all you want to do it professionally, then you have to pay attention to aspects like licensed software ( compilers , assemblers ), development kits, good instruments, rock-solid documentation procedures and an EXCELLENT support on hardware ( SMD / multilayer / double sided PCB design and fabrication).

Believe me : I have been in this field almost for a decade and have some 30 odd succesful, major projects to my credit and still embedded stuff does not even account for 10% of my revenues !!
