I think Philips and Cypress produce some.

Last time I looked at the Philips host controllers (see the threads I cited earlier), they were intended to work with processors like ARM etc - not 8051!

OTG is aimed at things like digital cameras - which obviously must already have a pretty meaty processor in them!
