#6339 - Using 74LS245 with data bus

Hi,
I am having problems with my microprocessor board.
I have tied the RESET line of 8051 to that of 8255 and 8279. I have used the reset circuit as given in the Intel manual i.e. a capacitor at VCC and resistor at Ground. Further I have not used any pullups with any of the address or data lines.
Now sometimes my Microprocessor board works and sometimes it doesnot. If I shuffle with the 8031, 80C31, 8279 and 82C79, the board sometime works.

Please let me know if their is a problem with my design.

Also let me know how can I interface a 74LS245 with the data bus of 8031.
