1) Do not pass memory through the '245, the !RD/!PSEN will handle the disconnect from P0.
Assuming you are doing memory mapped I/O, you will enable the '245 based on detecting the MMIO addres(ses) and do the direction on !RD. If you are doing anything else, why are you on port 0?. Oh, also remember P0 is open collector and need pull-up resistors. |
