Dear Erik,
Thank you very much for your responses. Can you please clarify the following also. 1)You are suggesting that the data bus should not be passed through 74LS245. Please explain 'the !RD/!PSEN will handle the disconnect from P0.' 2) Is is possible that the RESET problem I am facing as described in my original question is because I am not using any pullup's on data lines? 3) What value of resistance should be used as pullups?
