Hi! everyone and thanks! for help

I hve a PCB which has been workin for almost two years with TEMIC T89C51RD2 then ATMEL said no more of this one they had a new part 89C51RD2 I replaced it and not problem at all but now they have another new part AT89C51RD2 when I try this one it does not work at all, I checked the controller and the programmer its working I read the program from the controller, I can see activity at ALE and I have the EA to Vcc I tried a pull up to Vcc for the PSEN but still does not work, my supervisoty Ic send reset signal after 3 seconds so it is enough time to start up but It does not get any signal from the controller it looks like it doesn't even start.

Does anyone have a clue or a similar problem
