what I suggested was that the problem was in the use of FLIP.
Quite often when a chip is 'improved' things like page size changes and the windows part of the bootload must act accordingly. As an example The Philips RD2H and the Philips RD2 require the correct (and different) device name entered. Many posts have appeared where the problem was that the user did not change the device name assuming that "it's the same" which it is not.
