Thanks! To everyone I read all this and:

I have Keil and I change the name of the microcontroller from T89C51RD2 to AT89C51RD2 I didn't get any errors from the compiler.

My programmer supports Part number AT89C51RD2 so I also change the part number there.

I read all the specifications and errata and I don't think the problem comes from any of these situations, cause my controller doesn't even start the software actually looks like there is no program loaded at the uc but when I read from the controller it is there.

What I think at this point its that the problem is with the EEPROM as J. Guy and Oleg Sergeev suggested so I'm waiting for a new part to try my PCB, AT89C51ED2 this is the only real difference I can see.
