2/3) The crystal freq is 7.372MHz which gives a baud rate of 115187.5 baud - well within the 4% required for async comms.
are you using T2, if you are you can hit it close enough, otherwise 4% is too much of a tolerance.

Now that your clock speed is out of the bag, the question is are you using a 12clocker, 6clocker, 4clocker, 2clocker or 1clocker? If yoy are using a 12clocker there is no way your ISR can keep up.
