"I can't stick the sensor to it but the Floor of chamber is not moving and made from the same metal as walls and I will stick the sensor to it"

And therin lies a potential trap.

The value read by your floor mounted sensor will depend on the contact area, thermal differntial between chamber and floor, conductivity parameter and the speed of movement of the chamber. You may have to model these if you need a reasonably accurate readout of the moving chambers.
