with one of my projects I have used DS1921G: - 1-wire; - temperature in 0.5°C increments; - Built-in real-time clock (RTC); - temperature-high and -low alarm; - 512 bytes of general-purpose read/write NV random access memory; - some other features... Regards, Oleg |
