How did you infer from this that a newbie doesn't deserve a reply?

Persoanlly, I think that many newbies try to look for the required information in the different sections of this website. However some are too lazy to do anything and we can judge them. My statement was for those people (who are that much lazy) and I thought it was clear.

Otherwise, bad english, little knowledge, being without development tools, being a student etc. does not mean that someone does not deserve a reply.
