#72057 - Using P0 for LCD along with 64K Ext. RAM
Hello,

Most of my projects involves using internal RAM only, But for a new project; which requires huge memory storage, I have planned to use 2 x 32k NVRAMs.

The problem is if I end up using 2 ports + RD + WR for accesing RAM, I am left with very few port pins. I need them for other purpose like buzzer, relay etc...

After going through the datasheet and the previous posts, I have designed the following circuit. (This is the first time I am using External access.)



Please suggest some better method, if the above mentioned design to save port pins is poor.

If more information is required, Please let me know.
