Certainly not in our UK wiring system, where mains ground is ground, and NOT from the re-used neutral conductor relabelled. Still, relative to 0V in the system, the "ground level" still wouldn't change relative to the star point, which is what matters to your system. If your ground is shifting 30V you have a safety issue ! Steve |
