whether problems will occur or not, depends on whether you will be able to fabricate the typical timing for this 1-wire protocol. And running the micrcontroller faster than 'standardly' will only improve the timing resolution, so that delay can be adjusted even finer. Means, running your micro at 22.118MHz will not have any bad effect, just the opposite!

But if I try to read between the lines, then you are not familiar to work with such high clock frequencies?
In such a case, I would like you to remember, that such high clock frequencies NEED a reliable PCB design! You will NEED a solid ground plane, which often results in the use of four layer board. Are you prepared to this? And if your 1-wire interface connects to 'outsourced' equipement, then intensive common mode filtering is NEEDED to comply with CE standards. Feed your signal through a common mode soft ferrite choke, to limit radiation and susceptibility against radiation to a safe value. Do also choose a proper location on the board, from where to leave it via cable. This location must be quiet in terms of ground noise. A good ground routing managment is real essential, when designing a fast board with cables leaving it!!!
