Some more details below: I want to measure Pulse width of PWM and its frequency is around 2.5 KHz. so usable pulse width (high time) is 100 us to 200 us. I want to resolve with 0.12 ns resolution using 10MHz clock I did read the app note of Agilent pointed by Mr. Rob. Is it possible to ipelement the Dual vernier interpolation specified in the app note using a cpld and 10MHz clock? Is there any other method to measure very precisely ? V.Nagarajan |
