The actual application is precision balance. The requirement is 2000 grams with 10 mg accuracy. You may say that 1 part in 200000 is sufficient but we need upto 1 part in 800000 for some operations in the scale (atleast four times higher.

The PWM frequency is 2.5 KHZ. the pulse width (high time) varies from 100 us to 200 us for 0 weight to 2000 grams.
