#76197 - Problem solved Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Based on advices given here, I had asked the site guys to do the following :
- Replace the DS 1232 with a MAX1232. - Directly solder a 10 mFd / Tantalum across the Vcc and GND pins of the supervisor IC. - Reduce the trace length of the (mcu)ALE-(max1232)Strobe connection by removing the trace and using a direct thin wire link. Site reports the system is behaving OK for the last two days. Do not know which remedy worked - but happy anyway. Thanks to all contributions. This thread can close now. Raghu |
