I am closing this thread because the original post did not provide sufficient information to answer the question. It appears the information was subsequently provided but, at this point, the thread has become large and not particularly useful.

Huzefa: If you would like to start a new thread to ask the question, go ahead. But please make sure you provide a complete explanation of the question you are asking. When you ask vague questions you'll seldom get a useful answer and instead will have to go through 20+ messages of people trying to guess what your question is. A clearly worded question has a higher probability of generating clearly worded answers.
