Okay, here's my two cents worth (It is left to the reader as an exercise to convert into rupees, rubles, pesatas or pence).

I don't think much of your suggestions, and I don't think much of the points either. I do like the photos and plan to post one of myself as soon as I find one that doesn't make me look like a drug-crazed-mass-murdered.

That being said, I would like to suggest one change to this forum. I suggest that our email addresses not be used as our login ID. Have us make up a login name, or use our real name, just not our email addresses. I won't post my reason for this suggestion, but I do have one and will gladly share it with Craig or Steve off-forum if they'd like.

And Raghu, yours is a handsome moustache. Don't let anyone tell you differently.
