I know a person...
Now what do you call these people? These people are leeches. They just download something which they think will be useful, They just jamm the internet to download about 10~50MB, which is of no use to that person or anybody in vicinity to that person.
...So I call these people as LEECHES.

You see, I know some people who post messages which are absolutely non-related with the forum. Such persons post-and-post as long as a thread is opened. Their posts are marked as new ones and forum visitors come to read it once and once before the internet has been jammed.
I call these people as flooders.
