The RS-232 transciever method works up to a few mA. If more is needed consider using one for each op-amp till that stop being cost effective. As far as switchers go, I am, for resons of price and performance, a grest fan of Power Trends (a division of TI) I have not used what you want, but for my needs, none come close i9n price for the performance.
