That is what I am saying Erik I do not know what to do...should I set both WDTE and WDSE are set to 1 or not...what are the advantages...also what about this feeding sequence... how it is done?

A watchdog that, by any means, Can be stopped, is worthless.

The feeding sequence is what you have in the kick macro.

The SOLE purpose of a watchdog is to reset your program if it goes astray, thus no watchdog should be activated till a program is fully debugged (during debug you want the program to hang where it goes astray, not reset and lose information.
