what do you mean with "alphanumeric" ?

7-segment (e.g. TSM6755)
16-segment (e.g. TSM7752)
5*7-dot-matrix (e.g. HDLO2416)

True alphanumeric is only the 5*7-dot-matrix, but it is also the most expensive.
