Correct sentences for that are:
mov p0,#0F0h
mov p1,#0F1h

Do you have pull up's in the P0 port ??? these are extrictly nescesary, cause P0 is an open colector port.

10uF and 8k2 resistor works fine on reset. Check the reset circuit.
