Wow, we still use external power supervisor because we need with reset signal for some of ICs placed on PCB (CPLD, output registers, etc).
All chips I know with internal reset will output on the reset pin as well From other side we do still not trust their improvement at 100%. The penalty for using Atmel. Erik I wonder why Atmel is so popular, it seem the users are not quite happy. OK, I know I am the premier Atmel basher but that is because they cost me a job once for refusing to admit a bug in a chip - oh it did show up in the errata 2 years later. |
