#81063 - RE: Atmel 'support' Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I have recently been investigating the possibility of incorporating fingerprint recognition into an existing design, with a potential of ~5000 units.
Atmel's FingerChip sensor looked promising, so I called my Atmel representative, who regretted to tell me that Atmel refuses to even talk about these things unless you're prepared to buy them in 100k+ quantities. No prices, no data, no support, no nothing! :o( Rob. |
