I just thought of this
If you use thousands, then time to market is often of great importance and no/bad support can kill that real fast. Also, in such quantities the price differential is usually quite small. If you use, say, ten chips, it may cost you $25 less to use a chip with no/bad support. How many minutes must you spend before those savings are gone?. Erik |
