Yes I could guess that. But I always thought that using the same Tick box for displaying the current status and user preference (while programming) is a bit confusing. Easier would be to add a status message to the Frame_4 which reads :

CURRENT STATUS:

Security Bit1 : Set
Security Bit2 : Set
Security Bit3 : Not Set

Clock Mode : 12 clock
---------------------------

And then the Tick boxes can provide the user with the option, as relevant, to change the status.
