A few months ago one of the advertisers on this web site was boasting a 100 MIPS (Million Instructions Per Second) derivative. I haven't done the math, but surely that would be fast enough don't you think? Yes, but the original question stated: ...Other than using a high speed MCU... I think 100MIPS would count as a "high speed MCU," don't you think?! ;-) |
