I would then utilize a microcontroller that has a USB type port on it can talk to the USB drop of the RD51X1 design. It is quite feasible that the USB ports of the microcontroller and the INT51X1 can be tied directly together right on the same PC board. Wouldn't you be up against the old problem that both the microcontroller & the RD51X1 are USB Devices (slaves), and you'd need a Host (master) somewhere...? |
