Hi Pathipati Haribabu,
How about the following features:

1. PCAT/PS2 Keyboard Connector: You just need an interrupt pin + one Input pin. Rest is just software.

2. Instead of 64kB EEPROM, you can give a Flash memories in the range of MegaBytes (AT45DBXXXX Series). They just need an SPI Port.

3. MMC-ard/SDCard interface is also a plus point since they can work on the same SPI Port, You just need an additional CS pin.
