I make it a policy to never do business with companies/products that are promoted by spam.
So do I. I do, however have a slightly more lenient version: 1) I will never do business with companies that are promoting by spam not containng a "if you do not want more from us" link. 2) I try to avoid doing business with companies that are promoting by spam in any form. 3) will never do business with companies that are promoting by spam containng a "if you do not want more from us" link and ignore the reply.
