If this is a school project, you should visit the school library - they should have books relevant to the courses being taught.

The search engine is key to this. Hint: Keil publish the schematics of their development boards - so you could start there... A word of warning about development boards: there are still a lot of boards using 8255s, etc. These parts were never designed for use with the 8051, are obsolete, and have been obsolete for very many years now!
