Rahul, you can use almost any '51 clone as ROM-less (including the AT89C52) No, that's not true. Not all derivatives have an external address/data bus; I think some of the Si Labs (nee Cygnal) have an external address/data bus, but for XDATA only; CODE accesses are always from the internal Flash. |
