I have started actual programming ( these are not just plans )

1. where and how do i initialze the line and the condition is that it should be separted from the other previously drawn lines by blinking it periodically.

2.. I have made an array of all the 144 lines that are required to complete the entire 9 * 9 . Now the problem is how do i define or change them once the user or the microcontroller draws the lines so that the line is shown and also it gets added to the display routine which repeats after some time.
