OK so this means that the internal pullup is equivalent to 100kOhm or so. Not "Logical 0 input current" is what counts regarding to pull-down resistors, but "Logical 1-to-0 transition current"! And this current can be about 15 times bigger! Pull-down resistor must always be much much smaller than pull-up resistor with 8052. This is a consequence from internal port circuitry. Kai |
