Having a look at the Philips' and Atmel's version of the "bible" I found "remarkable similarities".
So I went to the home of '51 and downloaded the "original bible" at http://www.intel.com/design/mc...272383.htm Yes, it is still the same. Shouldn't we at least credit the originator of '51/'52 and its original, still valid documenation? (Craig?) (Although not too suitable for download, being a scanned paper-book, having 15MB+...)
