#87491 - Terminal emulator in Linux? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Craig,
I did not try the Dallas parts yet, but with Temic/Atmel/Philips 89C51RD2 I often program them with a simple terminal emulator capable of waiting a couple of ms after each (intelhex) line sent. I suppose something similar can be found on Linux, too. Of course a good command line/GUI tool is a help, but sometimes not at hand. Terminal emulators happen to occur on virtually all machines/platforms. Jan Waclawek |
