as Terry told you can not use the rotor. It is less copper in the windings of a 3 phase motor. I did try this when i was a student and had no money. But i was happy if it was rotating but gave no significant torque. A standard 3 phase motor 0.75 kW is only about € 50 and you can get an inverter for about € 100. So think about the work some days for rewinding not knowing what the result is.
