I don't see you as having scored any message in this thread at all, Piter. And you are not the one who has lost access to the scoring system.

There are two people who seem to have been scoring in identical fashion in ways that do not make sense--in this thread as well as other threads. One of these two people has lost their access to the scoring system and I'll be watching the other to see if illogical scoring continues.

I would ask that people do explain why an answer is wrong but do not explain why a message is offensive. The idea behind voting a message offensive is to express that viewpoint without taking the entire thread off-topic and discussing a flame. Rather, if you see a message that has been rated "offensive" and which you can find nothing offensive in it, please score it as "Illogically underrated" to compensate for the silly "offensive" score. Don't discuss the bad scoring, don't discuss the flame. Just score the message accordingly and use your ability to score a message to compensate for the idiocy someone else demonstrated by scoring the message inappropriately.

Again, my idea behind the offensive/troll score was so that people could express their displeasure about an inappropriate post without the entire thread becoming a discussion of the flame in question... much like what this thread has become.
