Why the first score is vague?

I gave that score, and I explained why in my post titled Insufficient information!
I thought it would be obvious that a post titled "Insufficient information!" would explain a "Non-Specific/vague question" vote - sorry if it wasn't.

In fact, Michael pulled me up on that post; pointing out just how non-specific and vague an unqualified term like "easy" can be!
