This all depends on which type of C you use, SMT ceramics are much lower series inductance than through hole versions. Michael, you need to look up some recent datasheets, sure C impedance rolls off with frequency, but for example COG types, at 100nF are usuable to 100Mhz plus in even 0805 sizes, let alone 0603 Steve |
