Hello All,
I would like to use some my recently acquired 2k x 8 SRAM in an 8052-circuit, but have unfortunately been unable to find any specifications on it - obviously that's the price for buying overstocked, low-priced IC's. The units in question are marked "D4464G-12L" and are made by NEC. The come in an 28-lead SMD-package approx. 18 mm long and 8 mm wide. /Thomas |
