#92391 - Mucking around with the unknown
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Oh, how often we see this. All of you, please, pretty please do not "acquire" anything where no datasheet is attached. Even if the part is cheap it is wasted money if you ca not use it because no data available.

Well, they were part of a box full of capacitors in fine condition - the whole lot cost 5 Euros, so the money was spent quite well, me thinks.

Thomas, you can, of course, assume that the pinout is "standard SRAM" and guess/hope it match e.g. an ISSI 8k SRAM, but a wrong guess may cost you an uC.

I've got 25 chips, 28 pins on each and a rough idea of where to fit what signal. I'll just give it a try :)

Anyhow 128k of ISSI 15ns SRAM cost $2,47, so why muck around with unknowns.

As allways, you're right.

/Thomas
